  • If our premium IPTV service remains non-functional for an extended period and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Additionally, if we cannot provide the customer with access to the IPTV service due to technical issues on our end.
  • Furthermore, if device compatibility issues prevent the customer from using our premium IPTV service, and we cannot resolve them.
  • Finally, if the customer cancels their subscription within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Process:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service team at within 7 days of your original purchase date. During this process, we will verify your purchase and the reason for your refund request.

If we determine that you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days. Please note that we will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.


However, it’s worth mentioning that we reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe that the customer is abusing our refund policy or if the customer violates our terms of service. Also, please be aware that we reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
